A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one diet or way of exercising, Health Coaches tailor individualized wellness programs to meet their clients' needs.
IIN Health Coaches focus in on 4 areas on an individual: Relationships, Career, Physical Activity and Spirituality.
Relationships, exercise, career, and spirituality are just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaches understand this and take a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.
There are a variety of programs offered. From personal one on one coaching, to small group, to large group formats programs are available and customizable to meet your specific needs.
It’s important to understand that most Health Coaches are not personal trainers, though many carry that certification as well. What you should know is that Health Coaches continually study dietary theories long after earning their certification, and they know how to cultivate lifestyle changes with every client, that means you. When you hire a Health Coach, you are opening yourself up to a newer, healthier you, with a strong effort that includes both diet and other lifestyle choices.
